Tareq Sahouri

Managing Partner

Tareq Sahouri has served as the Managing Partner of Sahouri & Partners LLC since 2010, following his joining of the firm in 2004. With over two decades of legal experience, he has been instrumental in transforming the firm into one of Jordan’s most respected full-service law firms.

Tareq’s core areas of practice include corporate and commercial law, foreign investment, regulatory advisory, and commercial dispute resolution, including high-value litigation and arbitration. He has deep expertise in handling construction-related disputes, particularly those involving complex contracts, project delays, and infrastructure claims.

He is widely recognized for his skill in drafting and negotiating complex contracts, as well as his ability to guide clients through multi-jurisdictional legal frameworks with clarity and confidence.

Shourouk Sahouri

Senior Partner

Shourouk Sahouri is a Senior Partner at Sahouri & Partners LLC, having joined the firm in 2000. With more than 20 years of legal experience, she is regarded as one of the firm’s most versatile and insightful legal advisors.

Shourouk brings in-depth expertise in a broad spectrum of Jordanian laws, including employment and labor law, administrative law, electricity law, corporate governance, civil law, and intellectual property. Her comprehensive understanding of both public and private sector regulations makes her a valuable advisor to clients operating in complex regulatory environments.

In the field of intellectual property, Shourouk is a recognized expert in trademark registration, trademark disputes, as well as the protection of industrial designs and drawings. Murad Akkawi is a seasoned legal advisor and a Partner at Sahouri & Partners LLC, having joined the firm in 2013.
